1. Ring Builder: Choose the stone and build the ring – quick and simple, in one place
Helping a customer find the right engagement ring should not have to occupy hours of your time juggling suppliers. Rapaport Trade’s new Ring Builder makes it simple to source a diamond, design & customize the ring and order it, with Rapaport handling production, quality checks and delivery.
Currently available to Rapaport Trade members in the US, buyers can get started in three ways: choose a natural diamond from a participating seller, select a setting from Rapaport’s exclusive collection, or upload a custom design.
Browse more than 130 settings, with filters for metal, purity, and price. Then simply customize the precious metal, ring size, add an engraving, and add any special instructions.
Before you order, Rapaport confirms the selected diamond, final price, and delivery estimate. Rapaport conducts quality checks on the diamond before manufacturing and on the finished ring before delivery. Rapaport also coordinates production through delivery.

2. Rapaport Intelligence: Actionable market insight for better pricing and inventory decisions
Which diamonds should you stock? How competitive are your prices? Where is buyer interest growing?
Rapaport Intelligence helps you answer these questions by providing deep insights on diamond pricing, inventory, and buyer behavior. These three intelligence tools help you plan production better, price right, and improve performance of your listings.
Rapaport MarketIQ: Make better pricing and inventory decisions with live market data
Rapaport MarketIQ uses verified Rapaport Trade data to help you understand pricing, supply, demand, and buyer activity across key diamond categories. Start by pricing with greater confidence: compare average prices by diamond category and use the Top 10% view to understand how competitively your inventory is positioned. From there, compare diamond categories by analyzing pricing, supply, and demand by shape, size, color, and clarity to identify stronger and weaker areas of the market. You can also track searches by diamond category to see how buyer interest is changing. These insights help you decide how to price, which diamonds to buy or produce, and what to promote. To round out the picture, monitor global market activity by following pricing trends across markets to identify where buying and selling opportunities may be stronger.
Rapaport ListingIQ: Price right and move diamonds faster
Rapaport ListingIQ shows you how your diamonds are positioned in the market, helping you make better pricing and inventory decisions. It starts by helping you spot aging inventory, flagging older listings so you can act before they go stale. Once you know what needs attention, you can manage inventory performance by keeping track of pricing position and inventory age across your inventory. With that view in place, you can focus on what matters by using market data to prioritize actions that help accelerate turnover.
Rapaport SellerIQ: Turn buyer interest into selling opportunities
Rapaport SellerIQ analyzes buyer engagement with your listings to help you identify interest and identify selling opportunities. It begins with tracking buyer interest, showing you which diamonds are attracting attention through searches, views, saves, and engagement activity. That insight helps you know what’s working, so you can identify high-interest inventory and focus on the opportunities most likely to convert. SellerIQ also helps you spot demand early by showing which categories are growing, slowing, popular, or experiencing limited supply. Finally, you can price with confidence by using real engagement and demand signals to inform pricing decisions.

3. Colored Gemstones: Buy and Sell Globally
Expand your gemstone business beyond your existing network. Rapaport Trade lets you search inventory, compare stones, and connect with buyers and sellers around the globe.
For buyers, that means more sourcing opportunities at better prices from vetted suppliers around the world. For sellers, it means access to thousands of verified buyers, on the same platform you already use to trade natural diamonds.

4. Pawn Brokers: A New Sales Channel for Single Stones
Pawn brokers now have an additional way to easily sell pawned natural single-stone diamonds through Rapaport.
In addition to Rapaport Auctions, pawn brokers can now list eligible single stones on Rapaport Trade and reach verified diamond buyers around the world. This gives you another sales channel beyond your local network and another way to find the right buyer for your stones.
With Rapaport Trade, you can list natural single stones directly on the marketplace, connect with interested buyers, and negotiate directly, with no commissions or transaction fees on your sales.
Rapaport’s diamond pricing tools also help you assess a stone’s value before making an offer and guide your asking price when you are ready to sell.
A dedicated pawn icon in the Rapaport Trade member directory also helps diamond traders identify pawn broker businesses.

5. Chats and Trade: Better Than Before
Chats & Trade is a core feature of Rapaport Trade, connecting buyers and sellers directly to discuss stones, negotiate prices, and reach an agreement. The latest updates make those conversations easier to manage, with the stone’s details and the buyer’s or seller’s information right beside your messages. Check the grading, review the price, or find a contact without leaving the conversation. With the stone attached, both sides know exactly which item they’re discussing and can keep the deal moving.
You can negotiate the price in the same conversation, submitting an offer, responding to the other side, and agreeing when the price and terms are right. Prices appear as Rap %, price per carat, and total, giving both sides a clear basis for negotiation. Once both parties confirm, the deal shows as Agreed. This records agreement on the offer.
Keeping track of earlier offers is easier, too. The Activity Log records submitted prices and changes, showing who offered what and when. Whether you’re picking up a discussion from yesterday or reviewing how you reached a price, the history is there alongside your messages.
When a spoken explanation is quicker, send a voice message. Share photos, videos, or PDFs to answer questions about the stone, and check read receipts to see whether your message has been read.
Your buying, selling, and general conversations are organized so you can find the discussion you need and pick up where you left off. And if you’re still searching for stones, the floating chat window lets you reply while keeping your search open.
Spend Less Time Coordinating and More Time Making Money
Diamond trading has always run on relationships, and that has not changed. What has changed is how much of the work around those relationships a platform can take on. A jeweler can now choose a natural diamond, pick a setting, and order a finished ring without chasing three different suppliers. A dealer can see which listings are going stale and which stones buyers keep coming back to. A gemstone seller can reach buyers well beyond their usual network. A pawn broker can put a single stone in front of verified buyers around the world, with no commissions or transaction fees.
For buyers, that means faster sourcing, clearer pricing, and more suppliers to choose from. For sellers, it means spotting demand sooner, pricing with real market data, and reaching more people who are ready to buy. Together, these features make it easier for the people in the natural diamond economy to do business with each other, and every hour you save on coordination goes back into serving customers and closing deals.
