Bringing 20 years of experience in the tech industry, Mano has held key roles at Perion (Nasdaq: PERI), MyHeritage (acquired by Francisco Partners for $600 million in 2021), and 888.com. He has also been deeply involved in early-stage startups, including Reach, SWIFT SHIFT, SlideIT, and Glossybox (acquired by The Hut Group in 2017).
Mano holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson and London Business School. He is an alumnus of Reichman University Law and Business degree and graduated the Zell Entrepreneurship Program, as well as NFX and UpWest Labs accelerators.
Joshua Kersh has been a key leader at the Rapaport Group for over two decades, serving as Chief Operating Officer and Head of Finance & Legal Affairs. He oversees the company’s global financial activity, legal operations, and core corporate functions — including HR, infrastructure, and the coordination of Rapaport’s international offices.
With responsibility for financial controlling, taxes, budgeting, and compliance, Joshua plays a central role in shaping the company’s operational and financial foundation. As VP of Data, Guy orchestrates Rapaport’s enterprise data strategy, developing ecosystems that turn complex information into actionable business intelligence.
Prior to joining Rapaport, Guy served as Director of Data at Perion Network and ContentIQ, where he spearheaded enterprise-wide data warehousing projects and automated media buying processes. His background includes leadership roles at CrazyLabs and others, where he utilized machine learning and real-time reporting to optimize revenue and user retention.
At Rapaport, Guy is responsible for transforming the company’s data capabilities, ensuring that technical execution aligns seamlessly with strategic business goals. He holds a B.A. in Economics and Business from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a Data Science certification from the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology.
Ahaliav leads Rapaport Group’s Research and Development division, overseeing global engineering teams and the technology that powers the company’s platforms and services. He is responsible for system architecture, product development, and delivering reliable, scalable solutions that support Rapaport’s worldwide marketplace.
With more than 20 years of experience in software engineering and technical leadership, Ahaliav has led key modernization initiatives across Rapaport’s infrastructure, strengthened system performance and security, and introduced improved development processes that enable faster, higher-quality product delivery.

Shimon Gerstensang has led Rapaport’s Pricing and Data departments for nearly a decade, bringing clarity and insight to global diamond market trends through expert analysis and innovative data tools.
Combining his expertise in diamonds with data and market analysis skills, Shimon works with his team to develop new tools for collecting and analyzing diamond market data.
With over 35 years of experience in the diamond industry, Shimon has served as a dealer, manufacturer, and market analyst.
Shimon’s career in diamonds has been international, with professional dealings across Belgium, the USA, India, Russia, and Israel, where he resides. Prior to joining Rapaport, he founded and ran Ideal Diamonds (1995–2015), a company known for specializing in fine-cut stones and expert re-cutting.
Benzi Kluwgant is a veteran marketing executive with over 30 years’ experience driving revenue growth, brand strategy, and customer acquisition for global B2B, B2C and non-profit companies. He has a long track record of combining his creative flare with strategic vision to deliver data-driven marketing strategies, and scale digital and traditional campaigns that consistently exceed growth targets.
Born in Australia, Benzi has lived and worked in New York and Israel, and enjoys travel, exercise and helping non-profit organizations achieve their marketing goals.

Prior to joining Rapaport, Sathi held senior positions at Nooh group of companies where she gained extensive experience in finance and accounting. Sathi holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from Sikkim Manipal University and a post graduate diploma in HR management from Loyola College, Chennai. She is also a Certified Polished Diamond Grader from the International Gemological Institute.

Moily Spiegel is a seasoned diamond industry professional with over five decades of experience and a foundational role at the Rapaport Group. He is a go-to resource within the company, known for his deep expertise, exceptional interpersonal skills, and unwavering support for colleagues.
Moily began his career in 1967, overseeing diamond production and polishing teams in Israel. He later expanded his industry knowledge in Brazil, where he worked in rough diamond trading. Upon returning to Israel, Moily joined Rapaport and was instrumental in establishing the company’s operations in both Israel and India. In recent years, he also played a key role in launching Rapaport’s presence in Dubai.
Moily is known for his exceptional interpersonal skills, and his colleagues frequently seek his advice and benefit from his extensive experience.
Caroline is an experienced diamond industry professional with over a decade of expertise. She began her career in 2013 at Star Rays NY, a prominent diamond wholesaler, where she spent eight years developing deep expertise in sales, client relationships, diamond sourcing, and business management.
At Rapaport Auctions, Caroline plays a critical role in buyer engagement, auction operations, and internal training. Known for her clarity, trustworthiness, and ability to navigate complex environments, she’s a key force in shaping a seamless and successful auction experience for both clients and colleagues.
Caroline holds a B.A. and is based in New York. Her leadership, communication skills, and industry insight make her a key contributor to Rapaport’s ongoing growth and global success.
Martin Rapaport is the founder and chairman of the Rapaport Group. Since establishing the group in 1976, Martin has grown it into a trusted industry leader, serving over 21,000 clients across 120+ countries.
A pioneer in responsible sourcing, Martin played a founding role in the Kimberley Process, helped pass the U.S. Clean Diamond Act, and continues to champion fair trade initiatives in Sierra Leone, where he supports the Peace Diamond Village.
Born in Miami Beach in 1952, Martin began his diamond career in Antwerp in 1975 before launching the Rapaport Diamond Corporation in New York. He now resides in Jerusalem with his wife Rivka, with whom he has ten children.
Martin holds a degree from Bar-Ilan University and completed the OPM executive program at Harvard Business School. He is an active member of numerous international diamond and jewelry organizations and has served in leadership and philanthropic roles throughout the industry.
