Dan Mano is an entrepreneur and intrapreneur with a demonstrated ability to create product and business growth at hyper-scale. Bringing 20 years of experience in the tech industry, Mano has held key roles at Perion (Nasdaq: PERI), MyHeritage (acquired by Francisco Partners for $600 million in 2021), and 888.com. He has also been deeply involved in early-stage startups, including Reach, SWIFT SHIFT, SlideIT, and Glossybox (acquired by The Hut Group in 2017).

Mano holds an MBA from UCLA Anderson and London Business School. He is an alumnus of Reichman University Law and Business degree and graduated the Zell Entrepreneurship Program, as well as NFX and UpWest Labs accelerators.

Joshua Kersh has been a key leader at the Rapaport Group for over two decades, serving as Chief Operating Officer and Head of Finance & Legal Affairs. He oversees the company’s global financial activity, legal operations, and core corporate functions — including HR, infrastructure, and the coordination of Rapaport’s international offices.

With responsibility for financial controlling, taxes, budgeting, and compliance, Joshua plays a central role in shaping the company’s operational and financial foundation. His unique combination of legal expertise and financial leadership makes him deeply involved in nearly every major initiative across the organization.

An Israeli attorney with an MBA (graduated with excellence) from Bar-Ilan University, Joshua brings clarity, precision, and a broad strategic view to his leadership — helping ensure Rapaport’s continued growth, integrity, and global impact.

Saville Stern is the Chief Operating Officer of RapNet, the Rapaport Group’s global trading network for diamonds, gems, and jewelry.

With over two decades at the company, Saville has been a driving force behind RapNet’s 20X growth and has been instrumental in the addition of gems and jewelry alongside

Holding degrees in both law and business, Saville began his professional career as a tax attorney at Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen before making the leap to the jewelry industry, where his strategic insight and operational leadership have helped shape one of the world’s most trusted digital trading platforms.

When he is not at RapNet making the jewelry industry click, Saville enjoys hiking, mountain biking, and bread baking.

Moily Spiegel

Director Trading & International Operations

Moily Spiegel is a seasoned diamond industry professional with over five decades of experience and a foundational role at the Rapaport Group. He is a go-to resource within the company, known for his deep expertise, exceptional interpersonal skills, and unwavering support for colleagues.

Moily began his career in 1967, overseeing diamond production and polishing teams in Israel. He later expanded his industry knowledge in Brazil, where he worked in rough diamond trading. Upon returning to Israel, Moily joined Rapaport and was instrumental in establishing the company’s operations in both Israel and India. In recent years, he also played a key role in launching Rapaport’s presence in Dubai.

Moily is known for his exceptional interpersonal skills, and his colleagues frequently seek his advice and benefit from his extensive experience.

Shimon Gerstensang

VP Pricing & Research

Shimon Gerstensang has led Rapaport’s Pricing and Data departments for nearly a decade, bringing clarity and insight to global diamond market trends through expert analysis and innovative data tools.

Combining his expertise in diamonds with data and market analysis skills, Shimon works with his team to develop new tools for collecting and analyzing diamond market data.

With over 35 years of experience in the diamond industry, Shimon has served as a dealer, manufacturer, and market analyst.

Shimon’s career in diamonds has been international, with professional dealings across Belgium, the USA, India, Russia, and Israel, where he resides. Prior to joining Rapaport, he founded and ran Ideal Diamonds (1995–2015), a company known for specializing in fine-cut stones and expert re-cutting.

Roman Yoffe is a seasoned software and technology leader with over 20 years of experience driving innovation and excellence across global organizations. As Vice President of R&D at Rapaport for the past four years, Roman has spearheaded the development and maintenance of all Rapaport digital platforms, including RapNet—the world’s largest online marketplace for certified diamonds. Under his leadership, the R&D team has delivered scalable, high-performance solutions that support millions of daily transactions and continuous platform enhancements. Before joining Rapaport, Roman held senior engineering and R&D roles at Amdocs and ISP. There, he managed large-scale development teams to build mission-critical cloud infrastructure, data-driven systems, and enterprise web applications. His strategic vision and hands-on approach have consistently improved system reliability, performance, and time-to-market.

Michelle Ickowics is the Chief Operating Officer of Rapaport Auctions and an accomplished operations executive with over 14 years at the Rapaport Group. She has been a key driver behind the growth and global expansion of Rapaport Auctions—the world’s leading diamond auction house and the largest seller of pre-owned diamonds.

Michelle oversees the execution of more than 30 auctions annually, facilitating the sale of over 300,000 carats of diamonds each year. Her leadership has been instrumental in extending the division’s global reach, with operations now spanning Israel, Dubai, Belgium, and Hong Kong.

Holding an MBA in Marketing, Michelle brings deep expertise in operations, strategic planning, and business development. Prior to her current role, she held several leadership positions within the group, driving efficiency and results across international markets.

VP Operations

Sherri Hendricks is a proud lifelong resident of Las Vegas, Nevada, shaped by the city’s vibrant energy and ever-evolving culture. She holds an associate’s degree in law and a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV), laying a strong foundation for a multifaceted career.

Sherri began in marketing at major casinos, gaining a deep appreciation for the power of customer service. Her pursuit of excellence led her to the diamond and jewelry industry, beginning with the American Gem Society and then joining Rapaport in 2004 as a customer service representative. Her standout commitment to “diamond-class” service propelled her rise to Vice President of Operations. She’s known not only for her operational acumen but also for fostering a culture of high-quality service and continuous improvement within the organization.

A passionate advocate for health and fitness, she spends much of her free time in the gym—teaching classes, lifting weights, cycling, or exploring new trends in fitness. She thrives on challenges and is always looking for new ways to push her limits.

Sathi Nair is the Managing Director of Rapaport India, a leading player in providing added-value services to diamond and jewelry sector around the globe. With a career spanning over 28 years, Sathi has been instrumental in steering the company towards significant growth and innovation. She leads Rapaport India with a strong focus on business development, public relations, and government engagement. Under her leadership, the company has significantly expanded its operations across India.

Prior to joining Rapaport, Sathi held senior positions at Nooh group of companies where she gained extensive experience in finance and accounting. Sathi holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management, General from Sikkim Manipal University and a post graduate diploma in HR management from Loyola College, Chennai. She is also a Certified Polished Diamond Grader from the International Gemological Institute.

Beyond business, Sathi is passionate about fitness and philanthropic activities, reflecting a well-rounded commitment to both professional excellence and social responsibility.

Lea Retter

Managing Director, Rapaport Belgium

Lea is a seasoned business leader with over 25 years of experience at the intersection of academia, business, and the diamond industry. Holding a Master’s degree in Business and a background as a university professor in Advertising and Managerial Marketing, she brings a unique blend of strategic insight and industry expertise to her role.

Since joining the Rapaport Group in 1998, Lea has overseen the growth and operations of the European division, helping to strengthen the company’s presence in one of the most dynamic sectors of the global market. In 2017, Lea was elected to the Board of the Rough Diamond Bourse, part of the World Federation of Diamond Bourses, where she plays a role in shaping the future of the diamond trade.

Lea is driven by a commitment to creating lasting business relationships and delivering value in high-stakes, competitive environments, while promoting social responsibility within the industry.

Martin Rapaport

Chairman

Martin Rapaport is the founder and chairman of the Rapaport Group. Since establishing the group in 1976, Martin has grown it into a trusted industry leader, serving over 21,000 clients across 120+ countries.

A pioneer in responsible sourcing, Martin played a founding role in the Kimberley Process, helped pass the U.S. Clean Diamond Act, and continues to champion fair trade initiatives in Sierra Leone, where he supports the Peace Diamond Village.

Born in Miami Beach in 1952, Martin began his diamond career in Antwerp in 1975 before launching the Rapaport Diamond Corporation in New York. He now resides in Jerusalem with his wife Rivka, with whom he has ten children.

Martin holds a degree from Bar-Ilan University and completed the OPM executive program at Harvard Business School. He is an active member of numerous international diamond and jewelry organizations and has served in leadership and philanthropic roles throughout the industry.
