LVMH has promoted several individuals in its watches division to top positions, including at Hublot and TAG Heuer.

The group has appointed Ricardo Guadalupe, who has been CEO of Hublot since 2012, as the brand’s honorary president, the company said Wednesday. He is stepping down from operational management.

Julien Tornare will succeed Guadalupe as CEO of Hublot. Tornare has been working in the watchmaking industry for 26 years, including executive posts at Vacheron Constantin and Zenith. He is currently head of TAG Heuer.

Meanwhile, Antoine Pin will take over from Tornare as CEO of TAG Heuer. In 2002, he joined LVMH as Zenith international marketing director. Pin has held several management roles for LVMH, including at TAG Heuer for Japan and Korea, Bulgari, and Berluti. He has been general manager of Bulgari Horlogerie for the past five years.

All three will assume their new positions on September 1.

“I would like to sincerely thank [Guadalupe] and his teams for their fantastic work building the brand over these past 20 years,” said Frédéric Arnault, CEO of LVMH watches division. “[Tornare’s] arrival at the head of Hublot…marks the beginning of a new chapter dedicated to the future of our maison and the strengthening of its unique position among leading watch brands. I am also delighted to welcome [Pin] into our watches division at TAG Heuer. His extensive international experience, expertise, and well-recognized passion for watches will be major assets in continuing TAG Heuer’s growth and elevation.”
