The International Gemological Institute (IGI) has appointed Jeni Campagna as director of operations and business development for North America.
Campagna has 25 years of experience in the luxury goods and jewelry industry, IGI said Friday. She was most recently director of operations at Sarine Technologies. Before that, she spent more than seven years as vice president and global production manager at Sotheby’s Diamonds, and she is a Gemological Institute of America (GIA) graduate gemologist.
“Jeni is a proven leader and strategist, known for her focus on customer service, innovation and excellence,” said IGI North America president Avi Levy.
