India’s rough-diamond imports reached an 11-month high of 15.2 million carats in February, according to data from the country’s Gem & Jewellery Export Promotion Council (GJEPC). This partly reflects a correction after a two-month voluntary freeze late last year, but is India setting itself up for another oversupply?
