Star Diamond Corp. has named Jean Raymond Boulle II as its new CEO, to succeed Lester Kemp.
Boulle brings several years of experience in senior roles at companies related to the medtech and biotech sectors, the Canadian-based miner said Monday. He is also a founding director of a diamond-mining and exploration company with activities in Angola and Namibia.
“I am pleased to join Star Diamond and look forward to working with the board, management, our shareholders and stakeholders to develop the important Fort à la Corne kimberlite diamond project and associated resources,” said Boulle.
Kemp, who has served as interim CEO since November 2025, will continue to provide counsel to Star Diamond in an advisory capacity. Boulle’s new role will take effect October 1.
