Sotheby’s will feature a range of diamonds and gemstones at its upcoming jewelry sale in Hong Kong, where a 32.86-carat emerald ring is expected to bring in up to HKD 25 million ($3.2 million).
The cushion-shaped Colombian emerald center stone, decorated with brilliant-colored diamonds, will lead the April 23 High Jewelry sale, according to the Sotheby’s website.
Among the more than 150 lots on offer will be jewels from famed designers including Cartier, Harry Winston, and Van Cleef & Arpels.
Here are some of the other top items available at the auction.

This ring features a cushion-shaped, 7.63-carat, fancy-blue, VVS1-clarity diamond in a surround of brilliant-cut diamonds with a pink tint.

An unmounted brilliant-cut, 28.88-carat D-flawless, known as the Jwaneng 28.88 Diamond, from the De Beers mine in Botswana.

A Cartier tutti frutti pendant necklace designed as a pair of embracing parrots. It comprises brilliant-cut diamonds, emeralds, sapphires, rubies, and mother of pearl, and suspends a diamond briolette.

A bracelet featuring a line of seven graduating oval and cushion-shaped Burmese pigeon’s blood rubies weighing 3.73, 3.25, 3.15, 3.15, 3, 2.84 and 2.56 carats, spaced by brilliant-cut diamonds.

A ring with a cushion-shaped, 2.86-carat, fancy-vivid-purplish-pink, I2 diamond between two shield-shaped diamonds.

Another ring, bearing a cut-cornered square modified brilliant-cut, 4.63-carat, fancy-intense-purplish-pink, I1 diamond within a surround of step-cut diamonds of pink tint.

A Harry Winston ringcontaining a marquise-shaped, 13.76-carat, D-color, internally flawless diamond.

A Van Cleef & Arpels bracelet, designed as a line of cushion and oval-shaped Kashmir, Burmese and Ceylon sapphires, spaced and bordered by baguette and tapered baguette diamonds.

A ring with a step-cut, 7.90-carat Colombian emerald, flanked by trapeze-shaped, D-color diamonds weighing 0.56 and 0.53 carats.

This ring bears a pear-shaped, 18.29-carat, D, internally flawless diamond.
