A 4.06-carat ruby and diamond ring led Poly Auction’s recent Hong Kong sale, where it fetched HKD 192,000 ($24,492).
The piece centers a cushion-shaped Burmese ruby in a frame of pear-shaped diamonds. It sold within its presale price range at The Summer Edit: Luxury Online auction, according to the company’s website.
Poly Auction sold 89 lots, including jewelry and timepieces.

A pair of earrings featuring 22.68 carats of cushion and oval Burmese rubies, with rose- and circular-cut diamonds.

Another pair of earrings, these comprise six pear-shaped Mozambique rubies weighing between 1 and 1.02 carats, and pear, marquise and circular-cut diamonds.

A bracelet sporting five cushion and oval Burmese rubies totaling 5.17 carats, and circular-cut diamonds.
