Richemont has appointed a new CEO for one of its luxury watch brands and has named three jewelry chiefs to its senior executive committee.

Van Cleef & Arpels CEO Catherine Rénier will join the senior executive committee, effective immediately, Richemont said Friday. Other executives named to the committee include Cartier CEO Louis Ferla and Marie-Aude Stocker, the former director of people, development and prospective at Van Cleef & Arpels, who was also promoted to chief people officer.

Meanwhile, Jérôme Lambert will step down from the senior executive committee and from the board of directors, Richemont noted. He will become CEO at specialist watchmaker Jaeger-LeCoultre.

“[Rénier’s] and [Ferla’s] combined industry and group experience, together with their operational knowledge and expertise as CEOs of our largest maisons, will be a great asset to our senior executive committee,” said Richemont CEO Nicolas Bos. “[Stocker] is joining the senior executive committee as our newly appointed chief people officer.”
