RAPAPORT… Two family businesses have become the latest members of The Plumb Club, a New Jersey-based trade organization that represents jewelry wholesalers.
Cirari by Color Jewels, which has offices in Hong Kong, New York and Dubai, designs, produces and markets jewelry for a range of customers across the industry, The Plumb Club said earlier this month. Ryan Gems, the other new member, started as a loose-gemstone distributor before growing into a manufacturer of fine jewelry.
The additions bring the organization’s membership to 49 suppliers and manufacturers representing more than 100 brands. It recently admitted Gemological Science International (GSI) as the first service provider to join the roster.
