A fancy-vivid-pink diamond ring stole the show at the recent Bonhams jewelry sale in Hong Kong, where it brought in HKD 4.4 million ($567,724).
The piece features a modified shield brilliant-cut, 1.08-carat, internally flawless diamond, set in a contemporary-style mount adorned with round brilliant- and tapered baguette-cut diamonds totaling 13.80 carats. It sold within its estimated range, leading the Hong Kong Jewels and Jadeite sale, according to the auction house’s website.
