Berta de Pablos-Barbier is set to join Pandora as chief marketing officer, succeeding Mary Carmen Gasco-Buisson, who is leaving after two years.
De Pablos-Barbier, who will come on board in November, boasts more than 30 years of experience in executive roles across global luxury and consumer goods brands. Most recently, she served as CEO of LVMH’s champagne brands, including Moët & Chandon and Dom Perignon, the Danish jeweler said last week. She has also worked in the jewelry industry, having served as vice president of marketing and communications at Kering-owned Boucheron.
“Berta uniquely spans the consumer space from high end to affordable luxury and has a very strong track record in defining and implementing compelling visions and growth strategies for global brands,” said Pandora CEO Alexander Lacik. “She’s perfect for leading the next chapter of our marketing strategy as we continue to establish the perception of Pandora as a full jewelry brand.”
De Pablos-Barbier will report to Lacik in her new role.
