The Israel Diamond Manufacturers Association (ISDMA) has unanimously reelected Nissim Zuaretz as its president for a second three-year term.
The vote took place on September 6 following ISDMA’s general meeting, the organization said the same day.
Zuaretz is the founder and CEO of DN Diamonds, an Israel-based company specializing in polished stones of 3 carats and up. He became ISDMA president in 2020, succeeding Kobi Korn.
The organization also named 27 other board members — including honorary presidents Korn, Moti Ganz, Yigal Hausman and Avraham Traub — as well as a two-person audit committee.
ISDMA represents around 200 diamond cutting firms that constitute approximately 95% of the Israeli diamond industry’s total output, according to the Israeli Diamond Industry (IDI) website.
