A & C Gem Trading has opened a new showroom dedicated to precious and semiprecious colored gemstones in New York’s diamond district.
The space, which will serve as a hub for jewelry makers, manufacturers, designers and students, includes a private design workspace where customers can sit down with different stones to map out their jewels, the company said last week.
The new showroom, which will be located at the Ross Metal Exchange, is part of the company’s efforts to expand its operations nationally, and eventually, worldwide, it noted. The pairing with Ross Metals gives customers access to all the tools and materials needed to create their designs, A&C Gem Trading explained.
“We are excited to embark on this new chapter in our journey,” said Heather Sandor, owner of A & C Gem Trading Corp. “The relocation to the Ross Metal Exchange represents a strategic move that aligns with our commitment to excellence and innovation. With the addition of our design showroom, we look forward to fostering creativity and forging lasting partnerships with jewelry designers from around the world.”
