Jewelers of America (JA) has announced the winners of the 35th annual CASE Awards, recognizing exceptional jewelry designs from its retail and supplier members across the US.
This year’s competition drew more than 150 entries across eight categories, separated by price point and membership type, JA said last week. The group selected first-place winners for their originality, marketability, design quality and craftsmanship.
“It was exciting to see the outpouring of incredible entries from our Jewelers of America members across the country,” said JA spokesperson Amanda Gizzi. “We know that our members have incredible talent, and they continually deliver breathtaking jewelry to their clients.”
Winning designs ranged from a $480 pair of pearl earrings to a $50,000 toi et moi ring featuring two fancy-color diamonds. All winners will receive a customized trophy and media exposure. Judges included editors, writers, designers and industry professionals from organizations such as National Jeweler, GemGuide and the Black in Jewelry Coalition (BIJC).
The CASE Awards — short for Creativity, Artistry, Style and Excellence — are open exclusively to employees of JA member companies. Sponsors include Synchrony and Jewelers Mutual.
