Fine-jewelry retailer Gabriel & Co. has hired former lab-grown diamond executive Elda Fistani as vice president of retail.
Fistani, who was previously chief revenue officer at WD Lab Grown Diamonds, will be responsible for growing the company’s national and international retail partnerships, driving revenue growth strategies, and overseeing sales, the company said last week. She will also be tasked with expanding the jeweler’s footprint to top retail chains and department stores.
Her previous roles include leading the global expansion of Italian charm-bracelet vendor Nomination Italy, where she was chief operating officer. She also worked as chief revenue officer of Brooks Brothers’ jewelry division.
“Elda Fistani’s exceptional ability to drive results and lead high-performing teams makes her an ideal fit for Gabriel & Co.’s continued success,” the company noted. “With her proven leadership, strategic mindset, and deep industry knowledge, [we are] confident that she will play a pivotal role in growing the brand’s partnerships.”
