IGI Names New President for US Business

The International Gemological Institute (IGI) has tapped Jeffrey Bennett as president for its North American division.

Bennett has previously held leadership roles in flagship stores in the New York market, IGI said Thursday. He has over 20 years of experience at Tiffany & Co., where he served as vice president of business development and strategic partnerships, forging global agreements with organizations such as NBA, NFL and Formula 1.

In his new position, he will focus on strategic collaborations and strengthening the company’s presence in the US market. He will succeed Tiffany Stevens, who left in June.

Bennett will report to global CEO Tehmasp Printer.
