The upcoming Paris Jewels auction at Bonhams Cornette de Saint Cyr will feature 160 pieces from iconic jewelry houses, including Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels, Boucheron, and Chaumet.

The star of the April 25 sale is a Cartier Panthère brooch, made in 1968. The piece is set with brilliant- and single-cut diamonds, onyx, emerald, and coral, Bonhams said Monday. It carries an estimate of EUR 90,000 to EUR 120,000 ($97,749 to $130,346).

“Paris Jewels features a delightful selection of gem-set animal jewelry from leading maisons in an array of designs from birds [and] dogs to cats and ladybirds,” said Marine Girardet, head of jewelry for Bonhams France.

Here are some of the other highlights from the auction:

This emerald-cut, 4.73-carat, F-color diamond in a ring has an upper price tag of EUR 70,000 ($76,035).
A ring bearing a brilliant-cut, 5.99-carat, I-color, VS2-clarity diamond center stone, set between navette-cut diamonds, has an upper estimate of EUR 52,000 ($56,491).
Bonhams will offer a brooch created in 1960 by Van Cleef & Arpels, fashioned into a bird on a branch. Decorated with turquoise cabochons, coral, sapphire, and brilliant-, marquise-, pear-, and baguette-cut diamonds, it is expected to bring in up to EUR 30,000 ($32,591).
This old brilliant-cut diamond ring from the collection of the late Greek actress Kyveli will come to auction for the first time. It is estimated to go for up to EUR 30,000 ($32,591).
