Julia Hackman Chafé and Monica Elias have joined the board of Diamonds Do Good, and will help the organization enhance its consumer reach.
Chafé is a third-generation gemstone dealer who moved into the field of social media as a jewelry and luxury content creator, DDG said Tuesday. Covering high-profile industry events, Chafé, who has over 700,000 Instagram followers, has become a prominent voice for natural diamonds.
Monica Elias, the CEO of Elias World Media, has more than two decades of experience as an award-winning video and film producer specializing in brand journalism and television news. Elias was honored as the Most Innovative Woman of the Year by Stevie’s Women in Business Awards and named one of the “25 Luxury Women Leaders to Watch in 2025” by Luxury Roundtable. She has also elevated numerous brands through her creative storytelling and global vision, DDG noted.
“[Chafé and Elias’s] expertise in connecting with consumers will amplify the value of natural diamonds and highlight their positive impact on communities worldwide,” said DDG president Kathy Corey. “Together, we will inspire consumers to feel even better about their diamond purchases.”
The organization will continue to celebrate the global influence of diamonds with its 2025 Diamonds Do Good Awards, which will take place on June 5 in Las Vegas.
