Christie’s is offering an 8.41-carat diamond ring at its upcoming Hong Kong auction, where it could fetch as much as HKD 95 million ($12 million).
The piece features a pear modified brilliant-cut, fancy-vivid-purple-pink, type IIa diamond. It will take center stage at the November 24 Hong Kong Magnificent Jewels Autumn Auction, Christie’s said Tuesday.

Another highlight is a Cartier brooch that carries a high estimate of HKD 60 million ($7.7 million). The lot centers a 10.10-carat Burmese ruby, in a frame of triangular and square diamonds. The Cartier design dates to the maison’s pioneering platinum period in the early 20th century.
The auction house will also offer colored gemstones, natural pearls, jadeite jewels and pieces from famous designers.
