Borsheims has promoted Carie Lehrke to vice president of human resources after nearly two decades with the company.
Lehrke joined the Berkshire Hathaway-owned jeweler in 1995, holding positions on the customer service, gift sales and inventory teams before rising through the ranks. She became senior director of human resources in March 2023.
In her new role, she will oversee recruitment and retention, onboarding and training, compensation, benefits, and company culture, Borsheims noted.
“[Lehrke’s] advancement is a clear reflection of her relentless commitment, unwavering dedication, and remarkable capabilities,” said Borsheims CEO Karen Goracke. “I am confident that she will thrive in her new position and contribute to the continued growth of our business.”
