A Pragnell ring bearing a 22.09-carat diamond will be among the top lots at an upcoming Heritage auction, where it could fetch up to $250,000.
The piece features a cushion-shaped, fancy-yellow diamond with 1.33 carats of French- and carré-cut diamonds on the band. The ring will take center stage at the September 28 Fall Fine Jewelry Signature Auction, Heritage said Tuesday.
The auction will offer more than 470 lots, including jewels from well-known designers such as Oscar Heyman, David Webb and Cartier.
Here are the rest of the top five pieces:

A ring centering an emerald-cut, 8.17-carat, F-color, VS1-clarity diamond.

This Oscar Heyman ring bears a rectangular-shaped, 14.11-carat, fancy-yellow, VVS2 diamond between two triangular stones weighing 2.09 and 2.24 carats.

An unmounted round brilliant-cut, 7.01-carat, F, SI1 diamond.

This ring features an oval-shaped, 7.02-carat, D, SI1 diamond, with full-cut diamonds along the band.
