Chanel to Receive Jewelers of America GEM Award 

Jewelers of America (JA) will present luxury brand Chanel with a GEM Award for High Jewelry Excellence.  

JA will give the accolade, which it awards to a brand for excellence in high-jewelry design for a collection or series of collections that increase consumer demand, to Chanel at the 23rd annual event, the organization said Tuesday.  

“The GEM Awards committee is thrilled to present Chanel with the GEM Award for High Jewelry Excellence,” said Amanda Gizzi, JA’s Director of PR and Events. “The Haute Joaillerie Sport collection showcased the artistic creativity and the craftsmanship that Chanel is famous for, while simultaneously providing fresh designs that have consumers excited about the high-jewelry category.”  

The JA will also hand out prizes for Lifetime Achievement, Watch Excellence, Jewelry Design, Media Excellence and Retail Innovation. The awards show will take place at Cipriani 42nd Street in New York City on March 14, 2025.
