Boaz Moldawsky for a three-year term as chairman, it said Tuesday.
Moldawsky, who has served as acting chairman for the past
year, has also been deputy president of the Israel Diamond Exchange (IDE),
chairman of the finance committee, and a member of the board of the Israel Diamond
Manufacturers Association. He is co-CEO of the Moldawsky Group.
“I am committed to doing everything in my power to move the
Israeli diamond industry forward, to strengthen it, and to further position
Israel as a leading world diamond center,” Moldawsky said.
The Israel Diamond Institute is a non-profit company which represents all institutions in the Israeli diamond industry, and works to promote Israel as a global diamond hub.
