Michael Hill has appointed Elodie Guillaumond as its new chief financial officer.
Guillaumond brings more than 20 years of experience to the position, the jeweler said last week. She has worked in both private and public organizations in Australia and globally, and held leadership roles at companies such as Coles Supermarkets and British American Tobacco, where she led financial strategies, supported transformation and strengthened governance.
“[Guillaumond’s] ability to deliver disciplined financial management, unlock operational efficiencies, and support sustainable margin expansion will be invaluable as we focus on building a stronger, more profitable business,” said Michael Hill CEO Jonathan Waecker. “[Guillaumond’s] commercial acumen and collaborative approach are a strong fit for our culture and ambitions.”
Guillaumond will begin in her new role on February 2, 2026.
