A Boucheron diamond tiara will take center stage at an upcoming auction at Bonhams in London, where it could fetch up to GBP 300,000 ($401,793).
The jewel sports a pear-shaped old brilliant-cut, 3.60-carat diamond drop, centered between olive leaves featuring old brilliant-, old single- and rose-cut diamonds. The tiara also features collet-set old brilliant-cut diamond accents between similarly set borders. The piece, from 1924, will appear for the first time in just over a century at the June 11 Exceptional Jewels auction, Bonhams said Monday.
The sale will include items from several distinguished and private collections comprising antique, 20th-century and signed jewels from designers such as Cartier, Bulgari and Chanel.

A set comprising an Aldao bracelet and a pair of ear studs. The bracelets has step-cut diamonds graduating in size toward the center, alternating between links with duos of baguette-cut diamonds. Each of the ear studs contains a step-cut diamond.

A ring centering a step-cut, 8.54-carat, VS1-clarity diamond with trilliant-cut diamond shoulders.

A jewel featuring a watercolor portrait of Emperor Alexander I of Russia, from around 1810, designed by Sidmouth. The portrait is topped by a portrait-cut diamond, in a closed-back rose-cut diamond setting. It was later set within a surround of old brilliant and old cushion-cut diamonds, featuring scroll and foliate motifs.

Bonhams is offering a ring starring a sugarloaf cabochon, 5.63-carat Kashmir sapphire, between two trilliant-cut diamonds.

An Aldao ring bearing an oval-cut, 14.65-carat Burmese sapphire between demi-lune-cut diamonds. The gallery is pavé-set with brilliant-cut diamonds.

A Cartier bracelet from 1925 centers an old brilliant-cut, 5.82-carat diamond between two old brilliant-cut diamonds, each link with millegrain detailing and black enamel terminals. The strap comprises old brilliant-cut diamonds.

A Cartier Belle Époqueseed pearl and diamond sautoir from around 1910 belonged to the opera singer Dame Nellie Melba (1861-1931). The necklace sports a circular pendant, pierced with a radiating floral motif, millegrain-set with similarly cut diamonds. The chain features seed-pearl linking, accented at intervals by scroll and floral spacers millegrain-set with old brilliant-, old single- and rose-cut diamonds.
