5ct. Diamond Ring to Lead John Moran Auction

A 5.03-carat diamond ring will take center stage at the upcoming John Moran auction in California, where it has an upper price of $90,000.

The piece, which bears an oval, D-color, SI1-clarity diamond with two triangular accent stones, will lead the December 9 Jewelry, Watches & Luxury sale, according to the auction house.

The more than 300-lot event comprises jewelry items from famous design houses such as Bulgari, Boucheron and David Webb. It will also feature non-jewelry pieces, including Marilyn Monroe’s black leather traveling case and various fashion items.
